View Large Spreadsheets

Some problems that we would have would be that the spreadsheet would be bigger than the screen so you would not be able to see like the columns and some cells. This would be a problem because you would have to move the scroll bar which would take more time to do than just look at it. Also because if you are not able to see the row titles then you won't know what the information is referring to.

Stock Portfolio Spreadsheet Data & Formulas

To get the sum for F4 you will need to multiply D4 and E4, that will give you the total of the initial cost, and do the same thing for D4 through F12.
To get the Current Value you will need to add the Initial Cost and the Current Price Per Share and that is going to give the the total to get the Current Value.
To get the Gain/Loss you will need to subtract the Current Value from the Initial Cost and that will give you your Gain/Loss.
To get the Percent of the Gain/Loss you would have to take the Gain/Loss and subtract the Initial Cost from it.
